GENE GERALD SAN JUAN TIONGCO, MD, FPAPRAS

Dr. Gene Gerald San Juan Tiongco embodies the AIP’s commitment to highly professional, competent and extensively trained team of medical experts.
He had his Plastic and Reconstructive training at the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital. Wherein he was trained and mentored by international and nationally known plastic surgeons. This laid the foundation of his practice in Plastic Surgery advocating safe surgery and exemplary patient care.
Dr. Tiongco is a Fellow of the Philippine Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (PAPRAS), the only society recognized by the Philippine College of Surgeons (PCS).
Among his several researches, his study on breast reconstruction got recognition from the PAPRAS. He is also a member of several renowned medical societies in the Philippines including the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and the Philippine Society for Burn Injuries. He is a volunteer surgeon of the Operation Smile Philippines and Smile Train Philippines, doing volunteer surgeries all over the country.
Presently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (PAPRAS).

CHRISTOPHER CHRISTIAN P. ARO, MD, FPAPRAS
Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Christopher Christian Aro is a result-oriented Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a proven successful track record that every patient expecting quality results is looking for.
He graduated from a prestigious medical school here in the Philippines, The University of the Philippines, in 1999. He then trained for General Surgery from 2000-2004 at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), which is also where he completed his Fellowship residency and training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He was Assistant Chief Resident at PGH for General Surgery in 2004, and later on became the Chief Resident for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the same hospital.
Being a result-oriented Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Aro went to further his training in New York and Ohio for Cosmetic and Breast Surgery. He lso attended Post-graduate courses in Mastery in Surgery, Innovations in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Aesthetic Refinements in Plastic Surgery from 2000 to 2011.
JOSE REGINALD CARLOS UNSON, MD, FPAPRAS
Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Unson went to medical school at St. Luke’s College of Medicine and completed his Medical Internship at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Year 2000. He obtained his Residency Training in General Surgery at Veterans Memorial Medical Center. He then developed a particular interest in plastic surgery and was able to finish his Fellowship Training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Makati Medical Center.
He is a Member of the Philippine Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (PAPRAS), the Philippine Medical Association (PMA), and Quezon City Medical Society. He passed several Professional examinations and ranked first at the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery Written Examination.
In addition, he frequently attends Seminars and Trainings all over Asia for his Continuous Medical Education.
Alongside his private aesthetic work, he is a Volunteer Plastic Surgeon of both Philippine Band of Mercy Craniofacial Center (Philippines) and Operation Smile International (Philippines), where every little thing he does makes a big difference in patients’ lives.
Dr. Unson has been trained in all areas of aesthetic plastic surgery. Whilst he performs the full range of plastic surgery procedures, his special interest lies in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
He is committed to delivering the optimum result for all of his patients, and passionate about the future of plastic surgery.
KAREN GRACE GAVINO-DIONISIO, MD, DPDS
Dr. Karen Grace Gavino-Dionisio earned her medical degree at FEU – NRMF Institute of Medicine where she was awarded Most Outstanding Intern upon graduation in 2002. She completed her Dermatology Residency at Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Gavino-Dionisio became a Diplomate of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS).
Her passion for health and beauty drives her to participate and share her skills and knowledge through research and competitions. She presented her research paper at the 16th Annual Residents Research Forum of the Philippine Dermatological Society and won first place during the Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Foundation Annual Resident’s Randomized Controlled Trial Presentation Contest.
Dr. Gavino-Dionisio’s propensity for the field of clinical and aesthetic dermatology and her desire for excellence motivate her to provide the highest standards of clientele service. Detail oriented and conscientious, her ability to anticipate her client’s needs enables her to provide result-driven, caring patient outcomes.
RINA EUGENIO-CRUZ, MD, FPDS
Dr. Eugenio-Cruz can readily identify with most of the women clientele of AIP: modern, active, achieving and exuding confidence and beauty in her accomplishments.
Dr. Eugenio-Cruz received her medical degree from St. Luke’s College of Medicine and accomplished her Residency Training at East Avenue Medical Center. She is a Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). In addition, she regularly attends Seminars and Trainings for her Continuous Medical Education.
With a successful career, Dr. Eugenio-Cruz’ passion for life and beauty allows her to give exemplary attention to her patients, providing them with the best skin care for the most beautiful and natural-looking results that can only be expected from AIP’s team of medical experts.
DANA MARGAUX LEE OLALIA, MD, DPDS
Dr. Dana Margaux Lee Olalia is a board certified dermatologist and a Diplomate of the Philippine Dermatological Society with trainings from the University of Santo Tomas Hospital and Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Olalia took up Psychology in Ateneo de Manila University and had her post-graduate Education at the University of Santo Tomas.
Currently, Dr. Olalia practices both clinical and aesthetic dermatology, and treats all skin. She has extensive experience in managing common dermatological conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation, acne, allergic skin rashes, rosacea, autoimmune skin conditions, bullous skin conditions, skin infections and more.

JACQUELINE MICHELLE G. DE LAS ALAS, MD, DPDS
Dr. de las Alas received her medical degree from one of the nation’s top medical schools, University of the Philippines Manila and completed her Dermatology residency at the University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital. In addition, she completed Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the same university where she graduated Cum Laude. She is a member of the Philippine Dermatological Society and the Philippine Medical Association.
Her main interest is Medical Dermatology. Her commitment to her profession inspired her to conduct and publish several studies. She is the primary author of: “Pulsed dye laser for the treatment of keloid and hypertrophic scars: A systematic review” and “A randomized controlled trial on the efficacy and safety of virgin coconut oil compared to mineral oil in the treatment of uremic xerosis”. She regularly attends Dermatological conferences and seminars to further enhance her craft.
